The hotel is built on a hill, at a distance of approximately 850 meters away from the sea. The hotel Eleftheria is sited in the region of Agia Marina, a coastal area 8 km west of the town of Chania. The advantageous site of the hotel on the hill, in a noiseless, natural environment, offers magnificent view as well as possibility of peaceful vacation in a friendly, family environment.

For people not having transportation means the hotel has got a mini bus for driving people to and from the main road at specific time in order to have easy access to the beach and/or buses and taxis. Also, it has got a big lobby by the reception equipped with satellite TV, a big restaurant, a swimming pool part of which is children pool, and pool/snack bar. Moreover, it offers parking lot outside every building, play-ground, gym, sauna, and souvenir shop. The breakfast is offered on a buffet and the dinner too.

The hotel has 66 rooms spread in three buildings. 57 of the rooms are double which may be converted into triple ones. The rest are family rooms. These rooms are consisted of two connected double rooms separated by a door and they are sharing a bathroom. The family rooms are very convenient for families with very young children, but not only.

All of the rooms are equipped with private bathroom with bath tube, hair dryer, music, telephone, TV, refrigerator, A/C, safety deposit boxes. Also, all rooms have their own balcony or terrace looking towards the sea or the gardens which surround the hotel. Some of the double rooms are studios, and some of the family rooms are apartments.
